Civil resistance

The Contitution must be regarded, not as a dead law, should be considered, and it is, as a political program. The Constitution contains in itself a political agreement, which became law, and which it is mandatory to carry out.

Silvio Berlusconi consensus
Our beloved Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi has said that he has 75% of consensus of the Italians, more than any other head of government in the world, and if he says so, its five television stations say so and the countless newspapers which he owns or that lie low to him say so it must be true. After all why should it not be true, given that he controls 90% or more of italian media? But to the remaining 25%, that maybe will soon be 20% and then will disappear, it must be recalled why he hasn't a 100% consensus:

political spot
In Italy you can reach new levels in the manipulation of public opinion. Propaganda for the private rounds wanted by the government now appears even in a spot of a female cleansing soap. The advertising in question pass the words that 42 women out of 100 would feel safer with the city rounds. The spot omits the detail that in the same survey 44 other women have said they wouldn't feel safer and 9 that they would feel less safe.

Resistance
Why Italy celebrates April 25? Because it's the day when, in 1945, Allies and the partisans were able to free it from Nazi occupation. An occupation that lasted nearly two years and had made countless massacres, in most cases of civilians including women, elderly, children, priests. The Nazis had internal allies, the fascists of the so-called Republic of Salò. Traitors to their country.

Prohibited
The regional law of Lombardy approved yesterday, requiring workshops (kebab, piadina bakers, ice cream parlors, pizza take-away) to close in the night and prevents them from providing furniture like benches and chairs outside the shop  aroused  a wave of protests over the net.

Police against refugees
It's appropriate to do a police charge against a group of political refugees asking for a home? It's 'what happened today in Bruzzano, outskirts of Milan, where some fifty foreigners fled to Italy from countries at war such as Somalia, Ethiopia and Eritrea, have blocked the tracks of the Northern Railway next to the abandoned residence Leonardo Da Vinci, which they occupied last Friday and for which an evacuation was planned.

Mole antoneliana
Within a couple of years the Mole will feel less alone in the sky over Torino. But who said it wanted the company? Since last December in the capital of Piedmont has begun work on the construction of the Tower Intesa Sanpaolo. A real skyscraper, designed by Renzo Piano, that the Institute - born from the merger in 2006 between the San Paolo in Turin and Milan Intesa - has decided to 'build' around the new Porta Susa station in the area that should represent the future of the city. Thus, if the symbol of Turin is the historic building designed by Antonelli in the second half of the 800, the mega-tower plan seems destined to become the center of the city to come.

gaymarriage
No Christian principle, or liberal philosophy can justify the ban on gay marriage. One of the most important principles born from Illuminism and Liberalism requires that everyone should be free to do what he want until he don't harms others. This basically was already implicit in Christianity: love your neighbor as yourself. How can you love your neighbor and yet prohibit him from doing what he want? You cannot. This principle is implicit also in the idea of God, who according to all religions give man free will. But men for millennia have limited the freedom of fellow human beings. Especially those that are perceived as different. For example, homosexuals.
