Newspaper, today, were ready to say: Pirate Bay (file sharing site), which was declared illegal, will close permanently. In turn, there were already people, on internet, who had tried to download the complete archive, to avoid losing a priceless heritage. At the end the law did not win: a couple of hours and the world's most popular site of file sharing is again on the web.

But sometimes children get "punished". So five italian students were reported for defamation via the Internet, because they had opened on Facebook a group against a former professor.

The first system, called Hadopi, provided an administrative authority empowered to fine and suspend access to the net for the "guilty." Communication in that country is becoming increasingly complicated, so only the web can allow the dissemination of photos, videos, feelings. So the power is trying to censor and block. It's free the information, free the use of search engines such as Google, free the social networks like Facebook and the sites that contain images or videos such as Youtube. It's also virtually free downloading contents protected by copyright, because now people see it as a thing not very different from listening radio or watching television.
